The Karnataka Small Scale Industries Association (KASSIA), an apex body of micro and small enterprises, presented the Ujwala Udhyami Prashasthi (loosely translated to “Thriving Business Award”) in 2018.The awards were given in recognition of outstanding contributions by micro and small enterprises in the development of world class products and services adopting the latest technology, manufacturing and marketing facilities.
